How about a music player that WORKS

Dear Folks, Can you Please make a music player that can play a Newly released music CD. I just downloaded a New Fresh install of VLC, om my Windows 10 laptop. I put the brand New Chicago Live-Decades CD set. It does NOT play. I click on Disc/ Drive E. I get the track num. no names, then the program skip through All the track numbers then STOPS. It Will NOT play!!! I wouldn't mind so much if it PLAYED and didn't know the song title yet, But, THat does NOT happen!!! So, My request is that you make a player that can ACTUALLY Play music. It that Too much to ask? Thanks, Harold.
