When screen is maximized (not full screen), it should remember which monitor it was maximized on

Currently, when using a dual monitor, if I maximize a screen on a lower resolution monitor and close it, it will remember that the screen is maximized (as it should, due to one of the options that preserve the window size, which is maximized in this case). However, on next launch, it will open a maximized screen on the monitor with the highest resolution. The behavior should be opening the maximized screen on the monitor it was last opened on.

Option to export/import VLC settings. I have multiple machines across multiple operating systems and it is very tedious to manually sync up the settings. Not sure how the settings can be cross-platform though due to directory pathing but just syncing up settings on a specific OS would be a great start.
