VLC for New Samsung OS Tizen Smart TV's

I am new here so not sure this is the proper forum for this. After searching on here and the Internet I'm seeing That Samsung's new smart TV's with Tizen OS pretty much make it impossible to play anything with VLC. For instance I would like to play converted while playing Anaglyph 3D on my 2D Samsung from a usb mkv. type input. (tools advanced Anaglyph choice) I can do this with a PC and VLC, but I hate to have to play everything thru a pc to the TV. It would be wonderful to have an VLC app on my smart TV to do so. Anything in the works for a VLC app for Tizen? The last post I saw was around April 2015. I have converted 3D SBS to Anaglyph 3D, but some movies take 12hrs and more to convert.
Thanks
asparky

Re-enabling this question since I think there is a VLC on Samsung OS Tizen Store but for smartphones.
Is it possible to install it on a Samsung tv and if yes how can it be done?
If not, are there any plans on creating an app for the TV store?

Is this a technical problem? Because VLC for TizenOS exists on Samsung tablets.
Why not on Samsung SmartTV?

doubling the question. I hate connecting my laptop to the TV as the fan noise interferes with my viewing. I want to send a stream from a laptop, for example, to the address 255.0.50.1 and watch it on TV. Tell me, is there a Samsung TV application that can play a stream from a group ip address?

I would also kindly ask VLC developers to do VLC Player for Samsung Smart Tizen TV's.... I have 5 Samsung Tizen TV's at home and whole my family has them and we are all VLC users on our computers, Android Samsung phones, Samsung tablets...
my soon ask me a few times already .. dad why I can ot have the same player on my TV (He has Samsung Smar tizenTV) ....
so because of that I realy kindly ask you VLC Deveopers to do also for us Samsung TV Smart Tizen users VLC Player.... Pleaseee

The problem is that people are not so wild spreed and know your forum ...if they do you would have a lot of requests for Samsung Smart TV Tizen VLC Pleayer... I know that because I work in IT (we sell all those brands ) and a lot of people are smile which have Sony Philips , ... others Android brands on TV's...

al they could use it .... exept Samsung users... :(
