Win 10 Suggestion

I'm sorry, I didn't know where to post this, so please, feel free to move it to where it goes.
Anyway, I was thinking and my Dad was using VLC on Win 10 this evening and he made a comment that got me to thinking. Under Win 10, you can put your mouse over a Chrome window that does not have focus and still scroll around it. Why not do the same to VLC. You could make it an optional function in the settings panel. All you would have to do is put your mouse over the video and you could use the keyboard to fast forward and backup the video. And all the other keyboard shortcuts... Just saying... I think it would be an awesome piece of functionality to see in the near future.
