Ability To Hide The Menu Bar and Toolbar Separately

Hello Everyone,
From what I understand VLC offers the ability to use a "Minimal Interface" which removes both the Menu Bar as well as the toolbar located at the bottom at the same time. A nice idea would be to be able to make these items be visible / hidden independently from one another.
As for example how the status bar functions, where it can be turned on or off from the "View" pulldown in the menu bar.
VLC even in its currently state is amazing, I continue to find little settings and tweaks that continue to make my experience with it better and better, it is truly a great program.
