Change playlist-Hotkeys

Hallo
Im using VLC v2.1.2 on Win7.
The Hotkeys "ctrl+l" to "Hide/Show playlist " and "ctrl+y" to "Save playlist " works korrekt, but I'd like to chang them to "+" and "-", but I cant find them in the Hotkeylist.
Is there any way?
