I have two requests:
VLC can play avisynth (avs) scripts (unfortunately it only works under windows)
I can transcode movie but the video and audio source in separate files.

That is because avs is a windows only feature. It scripts the core of the windows video features. VLC cannot support it on other platforms, because the functionality of the Windows Video Core, is implemented in different ways. It's almost impossible to make that translation step.

AVS is a SCRIPT. it's should be use as an in between step to produce final movies that are exported and transcoded as a single movie to the end users.
