There is any way to use J-K-L on VLC and combination of both on VLC link in video editors.
L 1x Play
L 2x Speed
L 3x Speed
L 4x Speed
K Pause
J 1x Reverse
J 2x Reverse
J 3x Reverse
J 4x Reverse
K + L 6 frames forward
K + J 6 frames backward
