Multisync feature request please

Im looking for a feature similar to the following two apps:

or

I know vlc had "netsync" but that command doesnt seem to work through windows.

Can a feature similar to this be added???

synchronize multiple videos (maybe different videos with same length) through network with other PCs where once you hit play, all players will play at the same exact time. no lag or latency

This is hard to do, because of intrinsic network latency and DAC clock drift in common consumer audio hardware.
