Recording Output file using Twoflower

I updated to Twoflower and now can not find where the RECORD output file is located.
It used to be in /users/[name]/appdata/roaming/vlc (i think) but is sure is not now in Twoflowers if you use Window 7 Home Premium.

Why can't there be an option of a file location in the Preferences as the RECORD is a good option but the output file location has always been an issue.
