Embedded Browser Plgin Controls

while this browser controls also could be done in javascript, it think it would be nice t have controls embedded plugin surface.
I have read somewhere that this is in the works. I think the problem is, that it should look good, be easy to use and not disturb.

Here my suggestion how that can be achieved:

when the user moves the mouse over the plugin surface, the control fades in and overlays (opacaity: maybe 50 %) the video. Just a nice sllider/scrollbar showing current position and some play/stop and volume control. When the user moves the mouse out of the plugin surface, the control starts to fade out.

I don't think you have a clue how difficult it is to make what you are proposing here...
We will work step by step as always. Starting easy, improving from there.

DJ, I have a clue, because I have experience myself doing this kind of stuff (but only on windows, with ActiveX and NSAPI), and I know very well that it is not easy at all.

Now you are going to say, that patches are always welcome :), well let's see ..

[Edited] just now I was using Picasa and that software is great example for slick controls within the images.
