Change the tempo for learning an instrument

To learn an instrument, it is helpful to slow down the tempo individually. After the Download to VLC 2.0.1 this is no more possible. Now you have totally 5 possibilities (Faster, little bit faster, normally, little bit slowlier, slowly). I need it between slowly and a little bit slowlier... Thanks for help.
