AVI Transcoding Output

From searching on the forum it looks like .avi output was removed from the transcoding wizard due to it being broken. It would be great if someone could fix it and add it back to the wizard. While .avi may be outdated as an encapsulation format, a lot of devices only support that format and it would be nice to have available.
