rip cd to mp3
rip dvd
Edit Movie ( Like PocketDivX )

playback features:
Picture in Picture
Adjust Sharpness
Better DVD playback and clicks to menus
more format playback

change the gui slightly...

picture in picture is already available. See http://wiki.videolan.org/index.php/Mosaic (i admit that it's not very user friendly).
