Few improviments for the "transconding wizard"

Postby srg » 15 Nov 2006 12:29

Hi!
I think Videolan is the most powerful player for see movies but meanwhile the transcoding tools is good, perphaps can be improved a little..

1. adding "crop tool" for remove those black wipes, and perphaps, we can choose a background color for seeing what is removing...
2. adding profiles or posibility to save our own profiles..
3.Selecting a resolution for output, for if you want resize a video
4. Adding filters like dinterlace,blur,etc... for output movie

I test with 0.8.6 and i do video for ipod and other formats without problems so i think, the improviments were possible.

Thanks to all videolan team

You might be interested in a video processing program called Avidemux. It is open-source and is available for download from http://www.avidemux.org .
