Hello,
I use VLC media player to review longer term fixed camera video (MP4 format). I was wondering if there was a capability or plug in for vlc that allowed an example of the peaks in volume throughout the course of a video in the player interface.
I am not a programmer but was wondering if there was a way to view where in the video peaks in sound are (across an aspect of time ideally paired in scope to the timestamps and level of the tracking bar in the main interface). To act something as similar to an occiliogram plot on visual spectrograms of sound files,
I know this is a strange and niche ask but I believe I have seen this type of integration on the vlc platform before and am looking to recreate it for ease of video review,
If anyone has any guidance on how I can get this on my player please reply,
Thanks everyone
