Load HTML playlist

I spent a couple hours last night creating a playlist of the best recordings I've made over the last couple years only to find out this morning that despite VLC having an option to save playlists in html format, it has no option to load them.

Why have the option to save in a format you can't load?

Because some people want to export the playlist to their browser.
