Make Subtitles able to be moved / dragged to anywhere on screen.

Or fix current method of Subtitles.

Having to create an overlay crop and all that stuff isn't helpful with videos that already are letterboxed, and the Subtitle offset doesn't really do anything without it.

Being able to move the subtitle to anywhere, preferably in the black parts of the letterboxed movie would be favorable.
