Additions to the advanced control fullscreen interface

2 suggestions to improve the program:

1: MOST IMPORTANT: the text size in virtually all the menus is far too small. I have tried changing the display settings WINDOWS 10 to the maximum text size and this has zero effect on the text within VLC.
Please add the ability to make the text elements 2 to 6 times larger, ideally by individually selecting each one in addition to one GLOBAL setting.
2: I usually watch videos via the full screen method with the advanced control interface docked to the bottom but out of sight.
I tend to watch most programs at double speed. It would be nice to have the following additional controls in the dock
a) one click - play at NORMAL speed
b) one clock - play at 2X speed
c) one click - skip ahead 30 seconds
d) one click - skip back 30 seconds
e) one click - skip ahead 60 seconds
f) one click - skip back 60 seconds

windows display size is also a problem as you can't set window size in VLC.

All videos open too big for the screen, and you have to resize each one manually which becomes tedious when viewing several successive videos.
