Feature Request - Keyboard shortcut for previous frame

Hi All,

VLC has a nifty keyboard shortcut to navigate to the next frame with `e`. It would be fantastic to have a shortcut key for previous frame as well (preferably `shift-e`).

Any thoughts/suggestions?
