Play List Shuffle Mode Option

Request an option to set the shuffle and repeat modes of a play list.
So that play list always starts with it's assigned shuffle and repeat mode.

Again, NOYB... you are full of brilliant ideas... and I share your thoughts on this one. This would be an excellent feature! It makes sense that some playlist designers would want each track played in sequential order, and other playlists in shuffle. There are times when a DJ/VJ can't be there to turn shuffle settings on/off, so if it could be baked into the playlist info itself, that would be pretty close to perfection!

I third this motion and have included it (and credited you) in my own meta-playlists proposal.

If we can play with the m3u standard, can we PLEASE remember there are currently three options, not two.
1. Play in playlist order to end and STOP (almost impossible to find in the VLC interface & documentation)
2. Shuffle until user stops the playlist
3. Play in playlist order, looping/ repeating
If addressing this, option 4. Shuffle through playlist ONCE.
Last time I had the infinite loop problem the fix was to delete the preferences file.
