'Video Track' to show the various streams + faster Check/apply latest youtube.luac

Hi. Problem: Preferred Video Resolution doesn't work, Youtube streams https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=156293
so,
1. Ideal, not only for Youtube: Video -> 'Video Track' could show the various streams to choose...
2. At least, to avoid the whole process of going to Ghitub etc, and having to re-start VLC [that on top may not fix the issue]: Help -> Check for youtube. luac update, and if a new one found, to apply it without re-start VLC.
