Seems that we have True Random when it comes to playing songs in VLC player.
Sometimes, the same song plays after itself, instead of playing each and every song in queue in a random order.. (Or it seems to forget what that order is)
I want to suggest we have a true playlist that's randomised, where every song plays once before there's a repeat.
