Create button quit shutdown computer after playlist finish

Hello,

I appreciate to look a last movie for sleeping, the problem my computer turn all the night for nothing.
It s can be nice to integrate a button shutdown after playlist are finish.
I look to the other forum and i am not alone in this case.
I see we can do it with windows command but for all people button shotdown directly on vlc is more ease

I disagree. I don't think VLC should have the power to shutdown my computer.

This shutdown can be very implemented with the use of AutoHotkey. A script running could determine when VLC is no longer active and shutdown at that point. Yes, AutoHotkey has the power to shutdown a computer. (It actually has the power to do almost anything on your computer, but you control what it runs.) Such a script could be as simple as:

WinWaitNotActive, media player
shutdown

(this assumes VLC has an option to close at playlist end. If not, it would be a little more complicated script--very little more)
One adviso: AutoHotkey is not an easy program/language to learn. However, very simple things like the above can be implemented very easily.
