fine tuning volume control

Can you make it so we can fine tune the volume, I would like to adjust the volume one percent at a time instead of five percent.

If there is a way to do this already, please let me know, I have been trying to figure it out for quite some time now.

Menu Tools -> Preferences (Show settings = ALL) -> Audio
Then on the right panel try lower values for Audio output volume step.
