Folders to Playists with Tree Structure and other options

I would like to be able to drop a folder in the playlist window and have a playlist created mirroring the tree structure and names of the folder and all subfolders.

This seems to happen when I select "Display Playlist Tree" in advanced Preferences. But the the saved playlist only reloads with all files without the tree structure.

I would like to be able to drag several playlist onto other playlists and create a playlist with sub playlists.

I would like my playlist to reload when I restart

Actually would be nice to have sublist feature for network playlists. For example, how is it possible to create two separate playlists for http://www.lanet.tv/playlist.m3u and http://slynet.do.am/FreeSlyNet.m3u ?
