Please add an option to change the default directory for saving a playlist, at long last.

I'm not using the standard windows user directory (win7, that is) at all, and it's really tedious that I always have to scroll in the around to get to the drive where my videos are stored.

So it would be really nice to be able to set the default drive/directory for saving playlists similar to the option to set the default DVD/VCD drive.
