Flexible zoom in zoom menu

Zoom menu has currently options of
quarter, half, original, double.

Would it be possible to add flexible zoom option, that is one could define the zoom value (e.g. 1.33) and it would appear in the menu as item.

Also, could it be made that some specific zoom values would be available directly for clicking without the need of going to
menu? That would simplify if one needs
to scale for 1/2 and go back to original

A zoom funcion by mouse wheel will be also a nice feature
