Marking subtitle while watching for later fixing

Postby meathook » 17 Jan 2014 17:58

Let's say I want to improve subtitles.
While I'm watching a movie, I want to be able to mark subtitles when they show up on screen, for later fixing, if the translation is bad for example.
I suggest assigning a mouse button (so we can operate wireless) that when I press on, will make VLC write the subtitle text and time to an external file incrementally.

You should look at a VLC extension for that.

Would you be interested in developing such an extension, dear sir?
