Notice that in Windows Dec 2013 release that maximum volume is limited to 125% on slider. Please restore maximum to 200%. Only @ this level am I able to listen to audio/video on Gateway netbook with low power builtin speaker.

Additionally, would appreciate similar feature on Android player. Find VLC to be best Android player. However, for 8" tablet with low power builtin speaker it prevents viewing/listening from more than 6 inches away. Volume slider to 200% in Android would be great.
