I can visualize many settings in which displaying the VLC window "on top of" other windows would be useful for me. Can this be done? I see this option in many of the other apps I use, and have been told it is "not difficult".
I have contributed $5.00 to help such a project start, if VideoLAN wants to undertake it.

Please note:
When Activating "Always on Top" in preferences and then save, and then opening new video, Always on top does not seem to work
Running W7 Ulitamate 64bit
But setting does work from right click menu activating "Video" "Always on Top"
