"Add Bookmark" option in Hotkeys menu and remember next time

how long do we have the same problem with bookmarks in vlc over the years?

i hope we can have this request. i don't think it is too much too ask because every player has this option


a "add bookmark" and after closing the file and opening again , be albe to go to bookmark and be able to see it
