hot key magnification

it would be great if there was the ability, with a single hot key to get to the magnified display achieved by window...video effects...geometry...image magnification and a hot key to get back to the normal display

So, these days youtube, Vimeo, dailymotion ...etc., streaming sites has 16:9 videos. They has black borders at top & bottom. They can be downloaded by many 3rd party sites (keepvid,savefrom,etc.)
So I want to zoom in video to remove black portion and some of the portion from left & right.
In this case, I'm using vlc feature; Video Effects>Crop then Synchronize top&bottom also left&right>
top=88, left=156 for 720p
top=132,left=256 for 1080p
Since most of the films are in 2.35:1 ratio.
So, since I'm using crop feature instead of interactive zoom, I like to want custom magnifying support or to setup like zoom to 110%, 120%, 130% upto 150. So it would be appreciated for developers to include this feature in the future versions, I'm asking since the forums provided to us for developments & for suggestions.
