Audio Sync

I'd like to see a slider in VLC where you can customise the time in which movie audio can be either put more forward or more backward, so you can re-sync the Audio for movies that have their audio out of sync.

( Sorry if I explain it wrongly.)

Basically, if the sound in a Movie was 1 second late, then you could move the slider 1,000 ms (Miliseconds) to the left, or enter in that number, so the audio would match and sync with lips. Etc.
