I posted my problem in remaining time of TS files in the Troubleshot section. But I copy suggestion about better quality in playing TS files here.

Quality can be better. You can pause and check subtitle. there are jags (aliasing) in the letters. Some players don't have this problem. Also These jags are more in scenes that have fast moves (like difference between 1080I & 1080P).

Those are not subtitles, but text inside the video and the video is interlaced, try to use the yadif deinterlacer for example.
