Change default video size and make it smart

100% size as default for video is small. i usually watch video clips that has downloaded from YouTube or Facebook, and size of 200% as default is better (My PC resolution is 1024x768) . Ok! i can set it manually. but WMP12 sets the size of video 200% auto, unless in 200% window be bigger than screen. VLC media player not fix it in screen if 200% size be bigger than screen.

Please set default size of videos like WMP12 (200%) and make video size smart.
