Laugh filter

Hi guys, I've got a little request: does anyone know about filter for VLC Plr which could remove or distinguishably lower the anoying effect of artificial laughter in movies. I'm seriously unable to watch it while hearing these fun-killing laughs. I found something by google, but it doesn't work at all ...only slowing down PC.

It would be kind of hard to do in VLC environment. It would be possible in some audio editors, where you could limit an elimination sample and filter with it.
