Support for custom PlayResX and PlayResY with a ss subtitles

I have lots of videos (mkv) embedded with .a ss (without the space of course) subtitles and all of them specify PlayResX and PlayResY as 640 and 480 respectively. If the video is HD, these subtitles will be huge, often taking up a third of the video. It would be nice if one could specify own values for both of these parameters so you don't have to demux the subtitle, edit it and save it before playing the video.
