better quality in subtitle

Postby jjforums » 13 Sep 2010 19:45

the subtitle has a poor quality when the player is in full screen mod, would be good if the quality of the subtitle get better, more smooth or something else.

I agree. I wrote same requests before a month, but no body answer. This subtitle renderer is crap.

This is one of the feature that we would like to have for the next version of VLC.

I support this request. The quality is good when you're watching on the original size, but once you go fullscreen, it get's very pixelated. The more you expand the video, the worse it gets.
The same things happens with all the OSD information. Those should be rendered according to screen resolution, regardless the video's.
