extracting audio

Sorry I'm not at all technical..hope I'm in the right place..just used player, great..but I need the audio out in midi or mp3 ..to enable me control melody tempo etc., while writing the dots...is this possible? Thanks Mal R.

You can demux and/or transcode audio with VLC.
