Add brightness control in Activex

The Activex control is great! It is useful not only for browsers but also with external applications. But it lacks many functions (already available in the vlc player).

1. Please add in the Activex the Basic Video Effects (available in VLC player), brightness control is the most important.
2. Add in Activex DVD options: gotoRootMenu, chapterCount, currentChapter, titleCount, nextChapter, prevChapter
