I am french as well and am trying to use VLVC with Vista
I declared my PC as server and set it as server
2 other people (with XP) managed to connect the chatroom; every body was listed in the chat window but I was the only one who could see the other cams; the other could see only themselves !!
Every firewall was switched off

Why is it so?

Other information: impossible to ping one of the people (with dos window)

You are on wrong forum. VideoLan VideoConference (VLVC) is maintained by VLVC Team, not by videolan team.
