Disabled video decoding when minimized (For greener earth!)

Hi !
Make VLC the greener Video player ! Just disable video decoding (because, we cannot see the video when minimize, except on vista maybe but it's not interresting (I think)).
Just decode audio, because, songs can be hear !
With this improvement, the CPU will be less sought and energy will be saved !
Hope this improvement will be add in futur release ! Thank you

Note on (C) and (D), exactly are the SAME cpu usage !
VLC continue decoding video, but it's not needed ! video cannot be seen (in taskbar) ! please just decode audio and save energy !

I think this feature can be easyly added to VLC.
I think It's not hard to get minimize message send by OS when the video window is minimized.
The function to disable video decoding is already in VLC (can be found in Video > video track > disable)

combine these two think and VLC become greener.

CPU is decreased by 50% when disable video is activate (via menu Video>video track>disable)
