Well, the problem in Arabic subtitles in that there isn't legature between the letters. However, for someone that doesn't read arabic, we have NO idea when it is good and wrong. And no system with arabic translation/fonts...

Without a developer with an arabic system, there is almost nothing to do, I am afraid.

OK sir , I'll bring you the developer ... Just tell me what does he have to know ? which language ? C ? and what does he have to know about the arabic system ?
Doesn't the UNICODE support them all ?
I know it's a stupid question ... but it will let me learn something new :(

If you have Arabic system that can display Unicode Arabic subtitles correctly with some other media player and you can take few screenshots and offer some Unicode Arabic subtitles for someone, that should be enough.
