Play Dual Mono files as Stereo instead of Single Mono

Hello,

I have some video files containing dual mono audio streams. Unfortunately only the left channel is activated and played as mono (on both speakers) by default. In fact it is possible to select "Stereo" in the audio playback menu but I think this should be the standard setting. Furthermore a setting how much the channels should be joined would be useful (the Stereo setting on Dual Mono tracks separates the sound too much sometimes).

the problem is seemly like something wrong with the inner device, i am not sure.
