play file and then shut off computer

I use VLC exclusively for my video and dvd needs. I tend to put movies on at night when I go to sleep and will usually fall asleep at some point thru them. I would like to have a feature added where at the end of playing a dvd or a file, the player then turns off the computer so that I don't keep using energy all night and save wear and tear on my screen.

This feature could be a tiny little button on the interface that can be enabled/disabled

i was thinking on this ideia and... well i wouldn't use it, for sure i know some friends would use it though
