DVD Menus

Postby sd2005mr » 20 Jul 2012 09:58

I've just installed VLC Beta on my Asus Transformer TF300T running Android 4.0.3.

Apart from the fact it crashes constantly, I notice you don't appear to pick up DVD IFO files.

Can you please make sure these are on the TODO list, if they aren't already.

While I've read plenty of posts about why DVDs should just be ripped to a more efficient format there are plenty of reasons why having the original DVD menus, scene selections, etc, in tact is desirable. This is a feature I've yet to find on any other media player, so I hope VLC will stay true to the pledge to support all formats on Android that it does elsewhere.

I love VLC and look forward to seeing a fully featured, stable version on Android. Keep up the good work.
