I would like to customize the speed control of audio and video. When I type on it the control appears but I cannot see the speed. Also I would like to type a number. Also the - and + and [ and ] change the speed to fast, how could I control this?

There are already the hotkeys to do faster/slower.

Yes, there are, but they are to fast, about 10%, I would like to change about 1%.
