1) Wiki Site Map? 2) How to see "Previous Wiki" ?

1 - I'm having trouble navigating around the Wiki and getting the layout. Is there a Site Map that may show related pages and sections in groups or whatever?

2 - At this Wiki page http://wiki.videolan.org/Stream_VLC_to_ ... _and_Flash
they say in first paragraph to Refer to the "Previous Wiki" but since I arrived at this page by a link in a posting I don't know how to "backup" to the previous page.
