Looking for a screen recorder on Windows

Hello,

I am in an apparently quite difficult quest of finding a screen recorder on Windows. I tried a few different options but had to reject them for different reasons.

* Webex: proprietary format that cannot be played back on Linux nor converted to another format
* CamStudio: produces huge files (hundreds of megs for a 30 seconds recording)
* VLC player: no easy mouse pointer recording ( have to specify a PNG file for the pointer and you do not get the pointer changes anyway)

Any suggestions are welcome. Ideally the solution would be open source and would record to an open format (ogg, webm, ...)
